The sales organization for Lighting in the Benelux is an important part of the Benelux organization and is responsible for the sales within the B2B and consumer market in the Benelux. We offer interior and exterior Lighting, with both functional and aesthetical solutions. The sales team is supported by our marketing department and our own lighting design department. The Finance & Accounting department is responsible for managing the business from a financial/controlling point of view. Together we form a strong team, with high ambitions and many exciting challenges in the future! You will report to the Director Finance.

Your Responsibilities:
You support the finance department of Philips Lighting Benelux and act as a consultant and project manager on financial policies and procedures. As a business partner you direct the implementation of new tools and initiate innovative business solutions based on financial analysis that enhances the financial business support. Your main responsibilities:
•Support the business controller in realizing profitable business growth, play an important role in visualizing customer profitability
•Influence key financials (costs, margin, NOC etc.) in cooperation with the business controller; margin control, pricing, cost control and balance sheet management
•Develop tools to optimize the results and financial KPI’s
•Monthly variance analysis on actual to budget
•Monthly reporting on actual to budget
•Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc financial reports in accordance to management requirements
•Support in improvement activities of the F&A function and organization
•Other projects as assigned by the business controller

Your Profile:
•Masters degree in finance / accounting, 0-2 years relevant experience

•Fluent in Dutch and English language
