Workshop Leveraged Finance Friesland Bank

This workshop is about Leveraged Finance. After a short introduction of the concept of Leveraged Finance by professionals of the Structured Finance team and Friesland Bank Investments, students will work in groups on a case study. This interactive case study covers all the aspects of a leveraged buy-out. Students will learn what the role of private equity players and banks is in a buy-out and how a buy-out is structured. Next to that, students will have a better understanding of the day-to-day activities of the professionals of the Structured Finance team of Friesland Bank and Friesland Bank Investments after the workshop.
