Risk is the Financial Study Association for financial students at the University of Groningen. Its aims are to narrow the gap between theory, and practice by organizing a wide range of activities, in the field of Finance, Accountancy & Controlling, Organizational & Management Control and International Financial Management, for all its 900 members.

The association was founded twenty years ago, and developed into one of the most professional study associations of the Netherlands. Risk has about fifty active members who organize a range of activities in order to develop themselves. In addittion to organizing activities, Risk aims at fostering/improving contact between members, academic staff and business.
