Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pricing and trading of equity, bond, derivative and structured products
  • Daily position management
  • Helping create automated trading models and tools
  • Developing new trading strategies and implementing new products

After a two-month intensive in-house training program, you’ll be assigned to a small team with responsibility for covering certain products. You’ll keep a sharp eye on the progression of your trading strategies throughout the day and make adjustments as needed in split-second reactions to the market. You’ll be on the constant lookout for new products and new ways to trade them. You will be involved in the full cycle of research for new products and strategies, building prototypes, testing, implementing and monitoring strategies. You will work in a demanding environment with plenty of challenges and accompanying rewards.

Profile

To apply for the position of Jr. Trader you will ideally meet the following profile:

  • University degree, preferably in economics, econometrics, science, mathematics, or business
  • Knowledge of MS Office & IT systems in general
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
