General Manager of Corporate Market Risk Management ING Group
Harold Naus (1969) is General Manager of Corporate Market Risk Management in ING Group. In this role, he is responsible for market risk management of the banking activities. Market Risk Management covers Trading Risk, Asset & Liabilities management and Market Risk in Retail portfolios, such as mortgages and savings.
From 2004 until April 2006 Harold was Global Head Trading Risk Management in ING. He was responsible for the Trading Risk of Financial Markets & Equity Markets.
Prior to the Global Head Trading Risk Management function Harold was Head Market Risk Management of ING Corporate and Investment Banking first in Amsterdam, later for region Europe.
Harold started his career at ING in 1997 as Head of foreign exchange- and equity(derivatives) risk management.
Before joining ING Harold worked at Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten in The Hague as Policy Advisor and as Head Quantitative Policy Support for almost four years.
Harold graduated in Applied Physics (ir.) from Eindhoven University. Additionally he studied two years Business Economics at Tilburg University.
